Description


製作方法:
壹包粉粿粉300g+5碗約八分滿的水直接倒入煮鍋中攪拌均勻,
再放置爐上加熱,煮沸後切至小火,此時須不斷的攪拌約兩分鐘。
完成後將粉粿倒入準備好的模盤,待冷卻後放入冰貯存即完成!欲食用時可切成小塊狀,在加些碎冰、糖水。

口感冰涼、香Q,美味十足,有媽媽的味道喔!
